BIOGRAPHY: A lifelong musician and songwriter, Markeshe has been playing live music, and sharing stories for over 20 years. Chicago's rock music scene has been Mark's playground since the 80’s. He has performed and entertained many singing and playing guitar throughout the city for decades now. He has lived a full life, complete with the highest of highs and some lower lows along the way. Through it all, his guitar was never out of arms reach. With his six string and his unique voice, Markeshe rings out well told stories over powerful music.

NEW RELEASE: Markeshe’s recently released “Princess of Lightness and Darkness” that displays terrific songwriting throughout. An alternative album that blends elements of 80's metal, folk, and art rock. Each song tells a different story both light and dark. Hailing from the Chicago Blues scene, Markeshe ground his teeth on hard rock and turned them into fangs with pop and soul.
